FAQ

Water dispensers with a cooling fan operate less efficiently compared to those with a compressor which can lower the water temperature to 6 degrees. This difference is also evident in terms of cost and durability. Compressor dispensers vary depending on the quality and quantity of construction materials used in the compressor (copper or aluminum) and the type of coolant.
It is essential for proper operation, that the coolers are placed at a safe distance from electrical appliances that emit heat as well as areas of permanent exposure to sunlight (such as windows or outdoor areas). The compressor in the coolers requires adequate space for smooth operation. Unhindered air circulation around all coolers is also necessary.

  • Desktop plumbed in water coolers
When it comes to dispensing water, coolers have separate tanks for cooling and heating water. Due to higher demand for cold water in the summer months, there may be a slight delay in cooling. The capacity of each tank determines the amount of cold/hot water the coolers can provide.
It is a common practice for individuals or transport companies to transport coolers horizontally, especially for floor-standing coolers with packaging exceeding one meter in height. This method of transport requires the coolers to be kept out of operation and in a vertical position, for at least 72 hours before use.
